We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Mailing list (sign-ups): retained while you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal suppression record to honor your opt-out.
(If applicable) Email engagement metrics: retained by our email provider for [X months/years] and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
